Standard Treatment
 Standard cases are billed hourly, starting at $200 for the first hour. This includes a complete comb-through of the scalp and hair, removal of live lice and nits, and post-treatment guidance. Additional time is $170 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments if the session exceeds one hour. Typical standard sessions last 1–2 hours, so most standard cases cost $200-$370

Severe surcharge: +$350 per person

Severe infestation surcharges are assessed per person, based on the level of infestation, hair type, and time required for treatment.

Severe Treatment Sessions

Severe cases often have dozens of live lice scattered throughout the scalp. One pass rarely catches all of them.

Adults, nymphs, and eggs can hide in different sections of hair. A second thorough pass ensures nothing is missed.

“In severe cases, we complete two full comb-throughs. After the first removal, we wash the hair and perform a second wet check to make sure no live lice remain. This extra step is what allows most severe cases to be resolved in one visit.”

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, missed appointments, or no-shows are subject to a $75 fee. If a technician has already begun traveling or has arrived at the service location, charges may include one hour of service plus applicable travel fees. A $40 travel fee may apply based on location. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time and care we dedicate to each client.

Surcharge for Hair Length and Density:
 Due to the additional time, effort, and products required to thoroughly treat hair that is both back-length and high in density, a surcharge of $75 will be applied to the standard lice removal service. This ensures that we can provide a complete and effective treatment while maintaining the quality and safety standards our clients expect.

Premium Add-On: $50 per person 

This optional add-on is designed to support comfort, hygiene, and efficiency following professional lice removal.

The service includes non-cosmetic hair cleansing using Matrix biolage Ultra HydraSource to gently remove treatment residue and soothe the scalp after manual lice and nit removal. The formulation is selected for hydration and manageability without interfering with post-treatment inspection.

Following cleansing, hair is fully dried using assisted thermal drying to allow for a final dry-hair inspection and quality-control check. Drying is performed for sanitation and verification purposes only. No styling, shaping, or cosmetic finishing is provided.

This service is intended for adult clients who prefer to leave their appointment with hair that is clean, dry, manageable, and cleared for daily activities without requiring additional at-home care.

This service is non-cosmetic and is provided solely for hygiene, comfort, and quality-control purposes. No salon or cosmetology services are offered.
